How do you wash the casserole carrier? TOP
All casserole carriers come with washing instructions when they are shipped. Simply remove the wood dowels, wash in warm water on gentle cycle and line or tumble dry on low heat.

How long will it take to receive my order once it is placed? TOP
We strive to ship all orders promptly. It usually only takes a couple of days to put your carrier in the mail. We ship Priority Mail with USPS, it allows us to send you notification when the package was shipped and delivery confirmation so we know you received your casserole carrier.
Will you ship outside the United States? TOP
Yes, we will ship most any where. We ask that you provide us with the destination address and we will get back to you with the shipping charge.
What type of batting do you use? TOP
We use Insul-Bright batting in our casserole carriers. This will help to maintain the temperature of your special casserole or dessert.
What size pan will it carry? TOP
Our casserole carriers are designed to wrap around and hold any 9x13 or larger pan. In addition it will accomodate a Crock-pot, or salad bowl. The sturdy ties keep it snug!

Yes, there are two places on the order form to enter the information, ship to and bill to. You can also add the information in the comments section when you place the order.
